Fixed the Results Calendar Summary for assignments that was broken with the upgrade to DevExpress 2011 vol 2.

Some of the earlier issues we were having with the task maps were related to the MapQuest API. We have just updated to the latest version 4 of the API to correct these issues.

The MapQuest servers are currently experiencing a problem. Although the maps are not displaying rest assured FieldMetrix is still capturing GPS fixes. This issue should be resolved shortly.

We've just switched from using Google Maps to OpenStreetMaps. Google's minimum enterprise mapping license is $10 000. Since we can get near identical functionality from OpenStreetMaps and MapQuest we have dropped Google Maps in favour of OpenStreetMaps in order to keep our subscriptions fees down.
