Deleting the device database is straight forward.

Open the File Explorer on the device

Navigate to the Device folder

Click on the Program Files folder

Click on the wmFieldMetrix folder.

Locate the fieldmetrix.sdf file.

Using the stylus tap and hold the fieldmetrix.sdf file until you see the menu popup.

Click on Delete and then choose Yes.
Next time you run FieldMetrix you will need to Re-Authorize your device so locate your
Account No and
Auth Code.
