If the Windows Mobile device date time does not match the FieldMetrix server date time it leads to incorrectly data capture.
After logging in on the device FieldMetrix checks to see whether there is a mismatch between the device and server
UTC times.
If there is a mismatch of more than 10 minutes you will see a screen like this:

Navigate Home Screen >> Settings >> Clock and Alarms
Correct the Time and Save
