If the Windows Mobile device Regional Settings (Culture) does not match the FieldMetrix server profile it leads to incorrectly formatted dates and times.
After logging in on the device FieldMetrix checks to see whether there is a mismatch between the device Regional Settings and client's regional settings on the server. If there is a mismatch you will see a screen like this:
Navigate Home Screen >> Settings >> System >> Regional Settings
Correct the Regional Settings and Reboot the device
